Can you help us? We're looking for a donation of the following items/services:
We need help with:
- marketing
- food booth planning, ordering, and overseeing during the event
- signage
For use during weekend of May 30/May 31:
- small freezer
- 10x10 pop-up tents
- golf carts
Donations of:
- gift baskets (value of $25+) (drop off between May 18-24)
- books, games, puzzles, music - in good condition (drop off starting May 4)
- plants (drop off week of May 27)
- store-bought baked goods (drop off May 29 - May 30)
- Pokemon or baseball cards, Beanie Babies; other new items for prizes
